Strengthening NU Identity, IPNU-IPPNU PK Ma’had Aly Holds Akhyar Kifayatul Akhyar Study in the Community

Tebuireng.online- Â The Chairman of the IPNU-IPPNU Ma’had Commissariat (PK) Aly Hasyim Asy’ari held a da’wah and scientific study activity by reviewing the Kifayatul Akhyar Book on Friday, November 7 2025. Located in Brambang Village, Diwek, this activity was attended by all the administrators of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Branch, Chair of the Tanfidziyah of the NU Brambang Kiai Branch Slamet Raharjo, as well as the local community.

The activity opened with special NU practices such as the Tasbih Sunah Prayer, Hajat and Repentance, followed by the reading of Istigasah KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, and closed with a Kifayatul Akhyar Book Review presented by Gus Ahmad Rif’atulloh (Gus Aad).

Chairman of PK Ma’had Aly, Gus Fahmy Dhiyaul Haq, said that this activity was a real effort by IPNU and IPPNU cadres to instill moderate Islamic values ​​(tawassuth), tolerance and love for the country, in accordance with the spirit of the NU struggle inherited by Hadratussyaikh KH. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari.

“This da’wah is not only a means of strengthening scientific traditions, but also a concrete step in establishing cooperation between IPNU-IPPNU and the community to build an educational, social and religious environment that supports the growth of students who are intelligent, polite and have good morals,” said Gus Fahmy.

With the theme “Strengthening the Identity of Nahdlatul Ulama Students in the Midst of Changing Times,” this activity is also intended to follow in the footsteps of Hadratussyaikh KH. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari who has great concern for the social conditions of the surrounding community.

Kiai Slamet Raharjo, Chair of the Tanfidziyah Branch of NU Braambang, appreciated the da’wah initiative of the young NU cadres and hoped that similar activities could continue regularly. Through this activity, it is hoped that IPNU–IPPNU cadres can continue to be students who are strong, have character, and make real contributions to religion, nation and society.
