Tebuireng.online- On Friday (09/26/2025) Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School had a guest from the Board of Representatives of the Nahdlatul Ulama Branch (MWCNU) Sumbergempol, Tulungagung. The visit was attended by all Chairperson of Tanfidziyah and Rois Syuriah in Sumbergempol Tulungagung District, along with all MWCNU administrators, approximately 30 people. Initially the visit was carried out in Ndalem Kasepuhan Pesantren Tebuireng, but KH. Abdul Hakim Mahfudz was unable to meet the visit because it was outside the city to carry out another agenda. In the end all guests were directed to Ndalem KH. Abdul Kholiq Tsani (Gus Aing).

When interviewed, he explained that, “We do this friendly friendship aimed at asking for blessing to one of the waliyullah and founders of Nahdlatul Ulama, even though he has died we believe that his blessing will definitely be with us, and blessed by Allah SWT,” he said.

“Because we have the intention to build the MWCNU building, where the building can be an asset of the entire branch, and to build the building requires 580 million land acquisition costs, while as of today the funds that are still collected by 180 million. And it seems that from all management is not sure, and no longer optimistic to continue the construction of the building,” he said.

In addition, he continued, we are facing a problem where this problem is far limited to our abilities. Therefore, we came to Tebuireng to ask for help from Allah SWT. Through the waliyullah hadratussyaikh KH. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari, as well as the founder of Nahdlatul Ulama ‘so that all these matters can be completed and facilitated by Allah.

I forgot we also sowan to one of the great -grandchildren KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. namely KH. Abdul Kholiq Tsani (Gus Aing), he has given a lot of motivation, advice, and encouragement, so that our enthusiasm is not loose, and is always optimistic in every struggle of our.

He instills trust in the power of charity (shodaqoh). According to him, charity is not only social worship, but also a reason for the loss of God’s assistance, where everyone released will be valued by double fraud.
