​Cultivating Fighting Spirit, Tebuireng 3 Vocational School Involves Teachers and Students in Heroes Day Competition

Tebuireng.online- RIAU – In the spirit of commemorating Heroes’ Day 2025, SMK IT Tebuireng 3 held various competitions with the theme “Imitating the Spirit of Heroes for an Achievement Generation.” This activity was attended by all students enthusiastically, supported by the active participation of teachers and a jury invited from outside the school.

The competition was held with the aim of fostering a sense of nationalism and enthusiasm for work among students. Among the competitions held were the Hero/Traditional Costume Competition (Fashion Show) and the Heroic-themed Poetry Reading Competition.

The excitement of the event was marked by the active participation of all elements of the school. Not only did the competition participants wear traditional clothes or hero costumes, the teachers and judges also participated, adding to the splendor of this annual commemoration.

All students showed unity in making the event a success, starting from preparing the venue, arranging decorations, to preparing equipment. Each class is required to send one participant representative for each competition.

One of the students expressed his impression, “I am very happy. This is a rare moment that is held once a year, and is very lively because all the teachers also participate in this activity.”

Umam Taufikul Amin, one of the vocational school teachers, expressed his appreciation for the students’ enthusiasm. “I am very proud of the vocational school students. “They not only enlivened it, but also showed their burning enthusiasm in commemorating Heroes’ Day,” he said.

Through this activity, it is hoped that students can emulate the values ​​of the heroes’ struggle, such as hard work, enthusiasm and responsibility, while strengthening the sense of brotherhood and togetherness in the school environment.
